Excursion to Trentino

The holiday villages in the southeastern Dolomites are close to Val di Fiemme, Trentino. An excursion into the neighbouring province is therefore highly recommended.

Cavalese
Cavalese is the economic centre of Val di Fiemme. The town with its 4,000 inhabitants benefits from an inviting pedestrian zone with attractive shops. The indoor swimming pool in Cavalese is also impressive.

Alpe Cermis
A skiing paradise in winter, a hiking wonderland in summer, an all-year-round viewpoint of the Dolomites and the Lagorai mountains: this is Alpe Cermis! From this uniquely beautiful viewing platform you can admire a total of 11 Dolomite groups: Gruppo del Brenta, Latemar, Catinaccio d'Antermoia, Sassolungo, Sella group, Marmolada, Cristallo, Atelao, Pelmo, Civetta and Pale di S.Martino. Behind them shimmer the glaciers of Alpe Raeti with Ortles, Similaun, Gran Zebrù, Palla Bianca and other summits.
