Two cable cars in the capital of South Tyrol
From the city to the top of the mountain
Renon cable car
With the Renon cable car you glide every four minutes from Bolzano city centre (265 m) to the sun plateau of Soprabolzano (1221 m). At the top you can hike, bike or take a ride on the historic narrow gauge railway to Collalbo. Bikes may be taken on board of the cable car.

Colle cable car
In 1908 the Colle cable car was the first passenger cable car in the world. You glide on the comprehensively modernised cable car in only five minutes from Bolzano (265 m) to Colle (1108 m). Colle is a picturesque hamlet with stunning views of the holiday region Bolzano and environs. At the top, you can explore the village and go on hikes. Bike trips are also highly recommended. Bikes can be taken on the train.
