Markets

The markets of Bolzano invite to a special shopping spree. The fruit market is open every day and offers fruit, vegetables, flowers and bread. On Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays farmers open up stalls throughout the city. The weekly Saturday market is also very attractive.

Christmas market

The Bolzano Christmas market is the largest and oldest Christmas market in Italy. Traditional wooden stalls, authentic Christmas decorations, hand carved-wooden products, glass and pottery as well as gift ideas impress visitors. There are also plenty of gastronomic delights and delicious Christmas cakes and biscuits, including the famous “Bolzano Zelten” cake.
