Culinary pleasure and wine
Bolzano, city of wine and culinary pleasure
Bolzano is culinary pleasure
Bolzano is culinary pleasure. Bolzano is the third largest wine-growing municipality in South Tyrol and one of Europe’s most important wine producing towns. 700 hectares of land are dedicated to wine growing. The terroir is particularly suitable for the autochthonous wine Santa Maddalena and the autochthonous Lagrein grape. Bolzano not only offers specialities in a glass but also on a plate: The blend of Tyrolean dishes with the freshness and lightness of Mediterranean cuisine results in special culinary delights. Discover Bolzano through its food and drink.
